Part Time LCSW/Clinical Utilization Manager 
OPS Family Care, LLC - Gretna, LA 
$27-$30 an hour - Part-time

We are looking for an experienced Part Time Licensed Mental Health Professional to complete Behavioral Health assessments with Adults, Children, and Adolescents. In addition, the position requires providing therapeutic services to a small caseload. The position will also require submission and management of authorization requests and authorizations.

The ideal candidate has experience with completing the LOCUS and CALOCUS or CASII, as well as Psychosocial Assessment data. Experience and training with trauma informed care is also a plus. The ideal candidate will also have training and experience in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.

The candidate must be a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the State of Louisiana. The position also requires some Home and Community Based Work. ** The pay is hourly (based upon experience $25-$30/hr) for direct services with an additional Monthly Salary Stipend for Utilization Management.

The Clinical Utilization Manager is responsible for the following:

Conduct preliminary Intake Assessments with Incoming clients as well as annual assessments with existing clients within designated predetermined timelines per OPSFC Policy
Conduct Instruments that include, but not limited to the CASII, LOCUS, CALOCUS, etc. for all clients at appropriate times
Request and manage all authorizations for services with all Managed Care Organizations via Internet, Fax, etc. (to include concurrent reviews and follow up service units)
Communicate with Managed Care Organizations and all related representatives regarding authorizations and related policies and documentation
Work with Administrative staff to establish workflow and policies related to service authorization, assessments, and all related tasks
Participate in meetings with staff and administration on a regular basis to optimize efficiency
Collaborate with clinical staff as necessary to complete any necessary assessments and/or authorizations
Carry a small caseload of direct service hours per week providing therapeutic services to be established with the Executive Director

Direct Service/Support Worker

$15 - $18 an hour

The role of the Direct Service/Support Worker (DSW) is to provide Independent Living Skills Training, Psychosocial Rehabilitation Services, and Supportive treatment in Community Psychiatric Support and Treatment to Adults, Children and Adolescents in the Greater New Orleans Area. The position requires work in the home, school, and community settings. The ideal candidate must possess a minimum of a Bachelors degree in a Behavioral or Mental Health discipline with 1yr. experience with the target population. A Bachelors degree in a non Mental Health discipline with 3yrs Behavioral Health experience with High Risk populations will also be considered. Participation in agency supervision, meetings, and training is mandatory. A valid Drivers License with state minimum Insurance and transportation are required. The ideal candidate is professional, reliable, a team player, and self motivated. We are seeking candidates who are willing to make a minimum 1 yr. commitment to the agency. Outpatient Therapist

$20-$23 an hour 


Our agency is seeking a Full Time Outpatient Social Worker to work with high risk and/or Mentally Ill Children, Adults, and Families. The position requires work in the home, school, and/or community settings. Reliable transportation is a must. Our ideal candidate is organized, flexible, and a team player who is willing to learn and grow with the agency.

The preferred candidate is a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW). Any candidate considered must have a minimum credential of Certified Social Work (CSW). The Candidate with experience providing Infant Mental Health Services and treating children who have a history of Adverse Childhood Experiences is ideal.

The position will require work in home, school, and traditional outpatient office settings. A minimum of 2 years experience working with children, youth, and families is required. Participation in Professional Development and Training is required for the position. The ideal candidate is a team player who is well organized, reliable, professional and able to make a minimal 1 year commitment to the position. Experience and formal training in treatment of trauma and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is also a plus.

Compensation for this position is commensurate with experience and ranges from $20-23 per direct service hour during the Probationary Period. Compensation will shift from hourly to Salary after satisfactorily completing the Probationary Period. Performance Bonuses are available.
